The County of San Mateo (County) and Aviation Management Consulting Group (AMCG) are in the process of developing Rules and Regulations, Minimum Standards, and Leasing/Rents and Fees Policy for the San Carlos Airport and Half Moon Bay Airport (Airports). These documents are collectively referred to as Primary Management and Compliance Documents or PMCDs.

The draft PMCDs are now available for public/stakeholder review and comment. You are invited to participate in this very important element of the document development process by providing your comments, additions, deletions, and/or suggested modifications of the draft PMCDs.

Draft PMCD Stakeholder/Public Review and Comment Process

The draft PMCDs will be available for public review and comment beginning Friday, March 2, 2018 until Friday, April 6, 2018.

During the draft PMCD review period, Airport management and AMCG will host a question and answer session on Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the Hiller Museum located at 601 Skyway Rd, San Carlos, CA 94070.  All tenants, stakeholders and interest parties are invited to attend. The meeting is designed to provide a forum to discuss questions or comments related to the draft PMCDs.

The County and AMCG will review and respond to all comments received. Revisions will be incorporated into the final version of the PMCDs when appropriate.
